Narxoz University is a private university in Almaty that trains future professionals in economics, finance, audit, accounting, marketing, law, management, as well as experts in the fields of digital technologies, tourism, hospitality, and public administration. The University offers a broad range of graduate and postgraduate studies in Kazakh, Russian and English.
Haileybury Almaty is a British curriculum private school in Almaty, where education is built in the best traditions of a British education. In senior school pupils are prepared for Advanced Levels (A levels). The program allows graduates to enrol in the best universities in the world.

Recent graduates from Haileybury Almaty have been accepted to some of the best universities all around the globe.

Our company’s social responsibility is focused on the development of projects that create a high-quality educational base in the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensure access to more talented representatives of Kazakh youth to receive education in accordance with international standards. Since 2016 we’ve been introducing a scholarship system that is an important contribution to the socio-economic development of Kazakhstan and the training of professional personnel.

So, over the past 5 years, Beeline Kazakhstan has been allocating grants to student digital startups Enactus and actively promoting the internal volunteer corporate program “Zhyly Zhurek”, which won the international competition EMBRAS 2020. During the quarantine period, Beeline Kazakhstan opened free access to more than 600 educational and state resources, a special “Class” tariff allowed teachers to use communication services at discounted rates. Moreover, the company has provided private schools, universities, institutes and training centers with MS Office 365 software package and 1 TB of cloud space.

Beeline Kyrgyzstan actively promotes digital education, within the framework of which  free IT and programming training for school graduates, students and young people are being implemented. They are able to receive high-quality, innovative education in the field of development and design.

RG Gold carries out large-scale projects  to improve well-being of the local population and enhance socio-economic development. The company annually allocates more than 100 million tenge to support the local community, including the provision of scholarships to outstanding graduates of schools in the Burabay district and repair work at schools in the villages of Uspenoyurevka and Nikolaevka.

Beeline Kazakhstan actively cooperates with Bulat Utemuratov Foundation and participates in charity bike ride Burabike. The Foundation transfers all the collected funds to medical institutions in order to purchase modern medical equipment for children. As part of the Limitless Opportunities project, the company has equipped and provided high-speed Internet access to computer classes, treatment, education, development and adaptation centers for children with disabilities throughout the country, consequently webinars and master classes for parents are held with the involvement of doctors and teachers, including those from other countries.

Beeline Kyrgyzstan has transferred 1 million som to low-income  families and opened a special hotline for the assistance of republican headquarters during the pandemic. Beeline call center employees collected, processed and transmitted applications from citizens who found themselves in a difficult situation. Additionally, the company sent charitable assistance in the form of oxygen concentrators to regional medical institutions and purchased 20 improved kits that are designed for two people.

All the collected funds are directed to medical institutions all around Kazakhstan for the purchase of special equipment. ForteBank in partnership with Bulat Utemuratov Foundation and  Red Crescent Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides assistance to the victims of emergency situations. ForteBank annually helds ForteBankOpen tennis tournament in partnership with Kazakhstan Tennis Federation, the aim of the event is to develop amateur and children’s tennis.

The building is designed with minimal harm to the environment. We managed to achieve the necessary indicators by saving water and electricity, as well as maintaining the health of people working in this facility.

The Ritz-Carlton’s social responsibility strategy is called Community Footprints and has a logo in the form of a heart formed by footprints. It is integrated into the company’s values, long-term plan and business processes. The logo embodies the commitment of The Ritz-Carlton team to local communities. One of the three main areas that Community Footprints focuses on is Ecology, as the company strives for a more sustainable future through the protection and conservation of natural resources. The area includes projects for plant restoration and animal protection. For example, the staff of The Ritz-Carlton Astana on a regular basis sort garbage, separate plastic and glass that are recyclable, and also provide assistance to local animal shelters. The company systematically organizes charity fairs and events, the funds collected from which are directed to help initiatives for the protection of ecology and the environment.

Within the framework of the ESG agenda, Beeline Kazakhstan focuses on improving energy efficiency, combating climate change through appropriate approaches and technologies, including those developed for corporate clients, rational use of resources, waste management. 

Due to the specifics of its activities, ForteBank does not have a significant impact on the environment.
