Awarding ceremony took place during IBC on September 15 in Amsterdam.
Channel 31’s project “New Studio” “Informbureau” developed by the joint group DIAS, Acis Distirbution, Polymedia won the “Project of the Year in Kazakhstan” award in TKT Awards International – 2018. Sergey Pronchenko, the Technical director of TRC “Channel 31” was included in the short list for “Person of the Year in Kazakhstan” award.
Traditionally, 15 countries participated in awarding and jury recognized the best in each country.
“It should be noted that projects and program directors from 15 countries applied for the TKT Awards International Award, which was founded by the TKT magazine. For us, for Channel 31, it is with a great pride that we became a part of this international event. Today, Channel 31 has presented its best project “new studio “Informbureau” abroad, which means that we are drivers not only in modern technologies, but also in the media market as a whole,” - says Bagdat Kodzhakhmetov, General Director of TRC “Channel 31”.
As of today, “Channel 31” has covered a long way from insular interest in news products and its own production to actual recognition of its merit by technology community, which is confirmed by award in TKT Awards International - 2018. “Our studio has switched to digital and automated formats. I can proudly say that Channel 31 managed to create a software and hardware complex based on the live studio principle, operating on the basis of unique equipment supplied by ARRI Lighting. Our new project - studio Informbureau is fully integrated into the technological process of the television company and is able to work both manually and automatically. This is the only TV studio with such format in Kazakhstan,” – says Sergey Pronchenko, project manager of the new studio “Informbureau” and Technical director of TRC “Channel 31”.
