Verny Capital Group announced the commencement of its new investment project, the construction of class A+ multifunctional complex in Astana which will be will be the first in Kazakhstan with a “green” office building, i.e. the building built in accordance with the principles of environmental protection, with the use of energy-saving technologies corresponding to requirements of LEED standard. The project value is more than $US 300 mln.
Talan Towers complex consists of two towers having different height. The Ritz-Carlton and residential apartments will be located in the 26-storey tower. А+ class business-center with offices of the largest Kazakhstan and foreign companies will be located in the second, 30-storey tower. Both towers will be connected with a three-storey platform where a shopping mall of the world’s deluxe brands, party hall, SPA, fitness-center.
The building design was developed by architects of SOM (Skidmore, Owings&Merrill LLP) – one of the leading world companies in the areas of architecture, urban development, engineering and interior design. The company has completed 10,000 projects in 50 countries of the world and won 800 awards having twice become the Architectural Firm of the Year. Among the most known projects of the company are – Sirs Towers and Tramp Towers in Chicago, Jin Mao in Shanghai, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and also Freedom Tower in New-York which is being erected at the place of the destroyed World Trade Center.
Talan Towers is connected with the Astana city symbol – Baiterek monument, and is to become a new architectural monument of the capital of Kazakhstan. Materials that will be used in construction are stone, glass and metal will allow creation graceful background contrast while emphasizing the maturity of the square.
