Kassa Nova Bank JSC has a unique structure and technological internal processes. 

The Bank was created in 2009. A simplified business model allowed it to become a profitable and recognizable institution in the first years of its operation.

During the first five years of operation, the Bank entered the TOP-10 fastest-growing companies according to Forbes Kazakhstan magazine in terms of growth dynamics and established itself as a reliable financial institution in the banking services market. Eight branches were opened in the largest cities of Kazakhstan: Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Kokshetau, Oskemen.

The Bank pays special attention to the development of digital technologies, thereby transforming itself into a bank of the future. Kassa Nova managed to launch unique digital projects such as: Telegram Bot, which can provide 24/7 online consultations, My Kassa mobile banking, which rightfully occupies one of the leading places in the USABILITY LAB rating, as well as a good equivalent of other international products in the field of E-commerce - Astana Taxi mobile application.

Today, Kassa Nova Bank JSC (subsidiary of ForteBank JSC) has a branch network consisting of eighteen sales offices in eight cities of Kazakhstan. The head office is located in Nur-Sultan. The Bank's stable position was confirmed by S&P Global Ratings at the level of "B/B". The forecast is "Stable".

On August 4, 2020 ForteBank signed an agreement with Freedom Finance for the sale of 100% of the shares of Kassa Nova Bank.
