Beeline Kyrgyzstan has several focus areas in CSR:

1. Digital education. As part of this direction, the company has launched the project on free-of-charge training in IT and programming.

One of the problems faced by Kyrgyz Government today is emigration of young people. Therefore, Beeline Kyrgyzstan, together with Digital Academy, has developed the IT specialties training project. The project is intended for school graduates, students and young people who will be able to receive high-quality innovative education in the field of development and design. The training includes compulsory Computer literacy & Programming Basics courses. After completing these compulsory courses, each student can take electives in:

• UX-UI design (course duration - 2 months)

• Frontend (course duration - 7 months)

• Backend (Python - course duration -7 months)

The graduates will have an opportunity to be employed by large companies in Kyrgyzstan.

2. Beeline Kyrgyzstan participates in the MAKE your Mark global initiative aimed at supporting the younger generation and developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.

As part of this direction, the company opened two co-working centers (within the premises of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov in Bishkek and within the premises of the regional library in Jalal-Abad). The young people having different knowledge and skills can spend their time usefully in these centers exchanging ideas, use computers, books and high-speed Internet from Beeline free of charge.

3. Co-branding initiatives

Beeline Kyrgyzstan has been cooperating with Enactus, an international youth organization, for over three years. This cooperation gives the students the opportunity to intern at Beeline, exchange experience, get support and mentoring from the company's employees.

4. Charity

In fight against Covid-19, Beeline transferred one million soms to the special account of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Kyrgyz Republic to help vulnerable families in time of emergency in the country. These funds were used to purchase food and necessities for persons in need.

Beeline's initiatives to help the country and their fellow citizens also include targeted assistance to doctors, emergency response team members, volunteers.  Preferential rates for students and schoolchildren were provided. A special hotline was established for the Republican Aid Office. Beeline call center collected, processed and transmitted the applications from citizens with severe need of humanitarian aid to the Republican Aid Office. The company's subscribers were given free  access to special websites and educational resources, as well as opportunity to make free emergency calls with zero balance and to call hotline numbers on coronavirus issues, free packages and completion of call to roaming subscribers, delivery of SIM cards and gadgets necessary for communication.

As part of the charitable initiative, Beeline Kyrgyzstan provided regional medical centers with oxygen concentrators . The company purchased 20 improved sets (each designed for two persons).
