A social responsibility strategy is integrated into our values, long-term plan and business processes. It is called Community Footprints and has a heart-shaped logo formed by footprints. The logo represents the Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to local communities. The strategy focuses on three areas:


The Ritz-Carlton partnered with local organizations creates a friendly environment for children. Volunteers conduct regular trainings in life and professional skills for young people.   


The company strives to build a sustainable future through protection and conservation of natural resources.  The company implements plant restoration and animal protection projects.

Eradication of starvation and poverty

The Ritz-Carlton provides possibilities for training, cooks food in shelters and houses of refuges, and provides assistance to local communities in case of disasters.
