The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Astana has won six awards in various categories at corporate award 2019 Residential Awards of Excellence.
The Award ceremonies are held annually, and the best are chosen among all the residences of the company. This year, the event was held online, with more than 190 participants from all over the globe.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Astana was awarded in the following categories:
– involvement of owners of small residences;
– employee engagement;
– residence management;
– award for the best practical innovations;
– residence of the year.
Another honorary award was given to Manager of capital’s residence, Zhazira Dengelova, who was recognized as the best residence leader among the Ritz-Carlton Residences.
The Ritz-Carlton residences division was created for loyal guests who would like to receive outstanding service outside of the hotel. The Residence is purchased by the owners for private use.
Most of company’s residences are located in the United States. Nur-Sultan and Almaty are the only residences of the Ritz-Carlton family located in Europe and the CIS.
