The rating is based on the performance indicators of educational programs.

The Academic Integrity League presented the results of the annual ranking of Kazakhstani universities. This year there are 85 higher education institutions in the ranking. Narxoz University took the first place with a score of 91.18%, making a breakthrough from 9th place compared to the last year.

The methodology includes objective indicators such as the median salary of graduates, level of employment and the duration of job search, as well as expert assessment and assessment of graduates’ career prospects.

“The university’s position in the ranking reflects the competitiveness of its educational programs, since the calculation of the percentage of effectiveness takes into account the number of competitors implementing similar educational programs. It is worth noting that 7 universities out of the top ten are private universities, which indicates the effective competition in the higher education system in Kazakhstan,”- the statement said.

In the rating, the Academic Integrity League uses official data from the rating of educational programs of universities compiled by NCE “Atameken” by order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in which Narxoz took the first place in terms of demand for graduates.
