The grant covers full tuition cost plus monthly stipend depending on the student’s academic performance. Moreover, grant holders will be employed by the company immediately upon completion of their study and after the first year of study they will be able to start an internship at the plant.
In addition to educational grants, RG Gold systematically contributes to the development of the region: when hiring staff, it gives preference to local specialists, purchases household goods and services from local entrepreneurs, and invests in the improvement of settlements near the deposit. Since 2015, the company has allocated more than KZT 1.5B for social and charitable projects.
